Terms of service · draft
Terms, in plain English
The agreement between you and My Family Office when you use the product.
The service
- My Family Office is a private ledger for your household: documents, accounts, properties, entities, insurance, bills, and a weekly briefing.
- We are not a bank, broker, law firm, accounting firm, or investment adviser. Nothing in the product is legal, tax, or investment advice.
- Payments, when you approve them, are carried out by licensed partners under their own terms.
Your account
- You must be 18 or older and give accurate information. Keep your password and second factor private.
- The owner of a household decides who is invited and what each person can see. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Diana and drafts
- Diana reads your records and drafts summaries, follow-ups, and records. Drafts are not final until you confirm them.
- Diana can be wrong. Check anything important against the source document she cites.
- Diana never sends money, sends mail, or files anything without your explicit approval.
Your content
- You keep ownership of everything you upload or connect. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you.
- Do not upload anything you do not have the right to share, or anything unlawful.
Plans and billing
- Plans are billed monthly in advance: Essential $49, Family $99, Complete $199. You can cancel any time; the plan runs to the end of the paid month.
- We will give notice before a price change takes effect.
Ending the service
- You can close your household at any time and export your records first.
- We may suspend an account that is used for fraud or abuse, or that puts other customers at risk.
Limits
- The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before a claim.
- These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA.
